Leadership Academy
Our flagship since 2014: a bilingual leadership development school that has graduated 90+ leaders now serving across NGOs, churches and enterprises in Cameroon and the diaspora.
What the Academy is.
The AFRILEAD Leadership Development School is where our deepest formation work happens. Each cohort of 25–40 emerging leaders moves through an intensive, bilingual curriculum that integrates English communication, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and civic leadership.
Three full cohorts have completed the program, producing more than 90 graduates now placed in leadership roles across NGOs, churches and enterprises — in Cameroon and across the diaspora.

Who it's for
Emerging leaders ready to be stretched — drawn from business, government, civil society and the church. The Academy is selective, cohort-based, and built around measurable competency outcomes rather than attendance alone.
