Leadershift Youth Program
An intensive, cohort-based leadership development program combining mentoring, coaching, group projects and personal development modules for young people aged 16–25.
Shaping young leaders.
Leadershift takes motivated young people and moves them — from where they are to where they have not yet been. The program blends one-to-one mentoring, group coaching, collaborative projects and structured personal-development modules.
150 youth have moved through Leadershift, and alumni are now active in business, NGO, church and community leadership roles across Cameroon.
