Our flagship since 2014: a bilingual leadership development school. Three cohorts completed, 90+ graduates now placed in NGOs, churches and enterprises across Cameroon and the diaspora.

Our inaugural medical mobile clinic outreach: free consultations, medications and health education delivered to families in Bokito, a rural village in the Bafia subdivision of the Center Region.
Partnering with Fire Church medical professionals, AFRILEAD volunteers ran consultations, vital-sign screenings, blood-pressure checks and dispensed essential medications across multiple village sites.
Our latest mission: a multinational medical team — Cameroonian and international clinicians working side by side — delivering full-day consultations, screenings, BP checks and prescriptions to Mfou Village families.
The 2026 outreach brought a fully-equipped, multilingual mobile clinic to Mfou Village — a community in Centre Region with limited primary healthcare access. The team included Cameroonian physicians, international medical volunteers, registered nurses, and AFRILEAD coordinators.
Since 2022, AFRILEAD has partnered formally with 15+ secondary schools across Yaoundé, where principals allocate dedicated periods in their weekly timetable for AFRILEAD facilitators to deliver structured leadership sessions on-site.
Printed leadership manuals — Beyond Success in English, Au-delà du Succès in French — are produced and distributed free of charge to every participant.
Equip Cameroon isn't an outside program parachuted in — it's woven into the weekly timetable of partner schools across Yaoundé. English schools get Beyond Success; French schools get Au-delà du Succès.
Beyond Yaoundé's classrooms, AFRILEAD reaches into rural village schools — bare wooden benches, plank walls, dirt floors, no electricity. These are the children for whom leadership formation is rarest, and matters most.

A pastor, mathematician and full-stack technologist, Dr. Ekobena has spent more than two decades building leaders across Cameroon and the wider continent. He brings a rare combination of theological depth, technical literacy and continental teaching authority to AFRILEAD.

For villages connected by poor roads and no vehicles, AFRILEAD provided motorbikes to mobile messengers — enabling them to carry resources, news and ministry between communities that would otherwise be cut off.
Each year AFRILEAD partners with Operation Christmas Child to distribute shoebox gifts to children across our partner communities — a moment of joy that opens doors to longer-term relationships.
